About, well, me.

Things I’ve done for love or money:

  • For many years I designed, created and sold hand painted glassware. I did it everything myself, which was both exhilarating and exhausting. I finally quit so I could get a paycheck and health insurance.

  • I spent eight years at a non-profit working to end hunger. It was a growth experience.

  • For some reason I keep starting blogs and newsletters. I’m a glutton for new experiences and I love figuring out tech!

  • In my mid-twenties I bought a van with five friends which we drove from Oregon to Guatemala and back. Because, why not?

  • Decluttering is a weird passion of mine, and I’ve helped many people clear their homes as a consultant, and their digital spaces through a magical partnership with a friend I adore.

  • I took one daughter hiking in Peru and hiked Southern Iceland with the other. I would not put hiking at the top of my list of recreational activities, but I’m more goal-oriented when I’m on vacation.

  • In between adventures and paid gigs I’ve repainted every square inch of my NE Portland home, and I read around 100 books a year. (Earbuds are the key to that.)
